October 23 - Last day to postmark voter registration by mail for General Election
October 23 - Last day for BOE to receive absentee ballot application online or by mail for General Election
October 28 - Last day to register in person for the General Election
October 28 - November 5 - Early Voting for the General Election
Saturday, October 28th: 9am-5pm
Sunday, October 29th: 9am-5pm
Monday, October 30th: 9am-5pm
Tuesday, October 31st: 12pm-8pm
Wednesday, November 1st: 9am-5pm
Thursday, November 2nd: 12pm-8pm
Friday, November 3rd: 9am-5pm
Saturday, November 4th: 9am-5pm
Sunday, November 5th: 9am-5pm
Any Otsego County voter can vote early at EITHER location:
Foothills Performing Arts Center, 24 Market St, Oneonta
Meadows Office Complex, 140 County Highway 33W, Cooperstown
November 6 - Last day to apply in person for an absentee ballot for the General Election
November 7 - Election Day. Polls open 6AM-9PM
